ezywebsites offers two packages, based on your budget. Most start-up businesses don't want to invest capital in their website. That is why ezywebsites offers a website with no upfront payment, starting from a monthly cost of R355-00.
If your business is in the fortunate position to invest capital, then there is no monthly fees.
There are lots of options, but lets try to simplify it.
1. rental package
Most small businesses can go a far way with only 5 basic pages in your website.

In the basic rental package you will find the following:
- A website with as many pages as you want - I set up the first 5.
- A Contact Us form which sends an email to your personal inbox.
- Up to 20 images.
- 1 YouTube Video.
- 5 Email addresses.
- Choose a template from our wide range. You can change the color scheme and upload your own logo.
- A .co.za domain name.
- Hosting for your website.
- 4 Hours of training on how to manage and update your website. This is done on Saturday mornings, in Centurion and Pretoria or alternatively over Skype.
If you want to add additional functionality to your website, please discuss it with us.
no setup fees, starting from R355-00/month
The beauty of the rental package is that there is no setup fees. Once you deposited the first R355-00 into our account, your website will be ready in 5 work days.
On this basic structure, you can add all kinds of other pages, such as articles or news or a photo gallery or whatever you want there. Some businesses want to add a shopping cart or user comments or even Google Maps. Some want to design a unique template for their website. When you want to add additional functionality to your website, we will quote you separately for these features. No matter what the quote turns out to be, we devide it into 12 monthly installments. Please note, these additional features may take up to 21 work days to complete, depending on the amount of customization you need.
2. fully customized website package
This is a fully customized website. Everything from the template design to the features of the website is developed especially for you. The proccess is easy - make an appointment with Francois to discuss your ideas. He'll also make suggestions on how to make the most of your website.
Three days after this meeting, he'll send an detailed quote. Once you accept the quote, he'll start immediately to develop your site. Within 21 workdays, your site will be ready.
This package includes only an initial fee. A 50% deposit is payable when you accept the quote and the balance is payable when the site is given over to you. Then,after that, there is no monthly fee at all. The normal monthy fees, such as hosting is already included in the once of fee. But in this case, these normal monthly expensesis reduced into discounted price of R300-00 per year.
